About Us

Hi, I’m Jessica Ellington, a board certified psychiatric nurse practitioner.

As someone with ADHD and the parent of neurodivergent children, I know how deeply these challenges can shape your life. My own early diagnosis was monumental in helping me embrace my strengths, a perspective I now bring to helping others.

“ It’s rare to find a provider who understands your experience so well. I immediately felt seen and respected, and I made more meaningful progress with Jessica in a few sessions than I did in years of previous care.”
