Frequently Asked Questions

We are a low acuity clinic, meaning we do not take patients with unstable conditions that could lead to bodily harm of themselves or others. We also do not see patients who would be better suited to a developmental pediatrician or higher level of care.
We do not treat:
-Patients who have been to an ER
within the last 6 months for
psychiatric conditions
- Active psychosis
-Unstable bipolar disorder
-Unstable autistic catatonia
-Patients actively suicidal or homicidal
-Level 3 ASD
-PANS/PANDA
We DO, however, support and treat parents caretaking behaviorally and medically complex children and their siblings. -
If we decide to continue after our consult call, you’ll get an email inviting you to Reimbursify. Full payment is due from you at the time of your visit, then we handle it from there, and submit the claim to your network. If the y decide the service is covered, they send you a check for the amount covered directly to your home.

We see patients age 4 to 64.

Yes. Due to medical licensing regulations, you must be physically located within the state of Oregon at the time of our appointment. If you are traveling or moving, please let me know so we can coordinate your care appropriately.

We are not in-network and are unable to see patients with government sponsored plans out of network.

Unfortunately, we are unable to take any payments from patients with Medicare or OHP, even it’s only their secondary plan.
